why do i insist in calling the 1800 number to check my case/FP? i just called them telling about the processing time date, when he mumbled the first word i already knew it was not going to be pleasant, maybe it was a case of the mondays, but, he did not even ask for my case number, only asked where i lived, state/city, then checked the web site and said my local office is processing march/2002, voila! what a joke, i said my case was not transferred to any local office and he said that it does not matter, wait your turn. It's one of those days where i ask myself what i am doing here!
sorry guys, i can't let this thing get to me anymore, i am almost to the point of not caring anymore!

Feeling better now, tomorrow is another day!

whereismygc,
I feel sorry for you. Did you try through senater/congressman. If you have an attorney, Ask him/her to send a letter to TSC that you need finger prints.
Believe me it worked for me. It might work for you too.

send a written letter requesting the status

wheresmygc:

you need to write a letter to the service center processing your case instead of calling 1-800 number. that number is just a waste of your time and govt resources. anyway, i feel sorry for u for waiting so long. but i am sure you will get it soon.

Whereismygc,
Hold on! everything will be fine. I am in the same boat and i know how frustrating it could be. Nothing helped me: AILLA and congressional inquire-nothing. The last time my lawyer made an inquire for me and I have to wait till the January 8 for the opportunity to make another one. I think it is even more difficult to deal with this situation when we are almost there, but my friend, we are really close to that point.
Good luck, keep in tuch. It has been relieve for me since i joined this forum.

FP: ?????

Thanks guys for the encouragement.I already tried almost all forms of communication to get the FP, bunch of faxes, letter to senator and according to my laywer, she made an inquiry, since none of that has given me any results so far, i made the mistake of calling the 1800 # today. All i have left to do now is send a letter to a congressman.I am going to wait until January to see what else i can do.

hey trooper, that is great that you got your FP, that gives me great hope :)

thanks guys

Yes Sir!!!
3 days back i disagreed with you. now i say i am one step closer as you said

I did All kinds of enquiry,
I was asked to wait 30 days when enquired on phone
I got a letter from Congress men saying wait 60 days and contact them if nothing happens that was on 12/10/2004
and my lawyer said Wait 90 Day .

I do not know which one triggered what?
i suggest try Congrss men.

good luck

FP:1/22/2005(Scheduled) will try doing this week

I believe talking and sharing your pain with the congressman's office will definitely do some good. Just not keep quite. Talk to them as often as you can. I called several times and also emailed several times. Good luck...
