Used same photo for two old US visas - rejection?

Hi everyone,
this forum has been such a help so far - thank you so much!

I am doing consular processing for my DV lottery greencard and realized that for my current F1 visa I used the same photo as for my older F1 visa a few years ago.... (e.g., for my current F1 visa the photo was not taken within 6 months and that is evident).
My current F1 visa was approved and I have been using it without any issues ever since.

I have used a valid current photo when entering the DV lottery and will bring another new valid current photo to my CP interview for the DV GC.

Will my GC application be rejected for the above reason?
Is there anything that I can do now?

Thank you so much!

Thank you so much!
The photo I used for my current F1 was more than 5 years old (it was the same photo that I used for my other F1 and J1 5 years ago) - is there a reason why it is not an issue in this case?

Also I just read that I need to bring my passport with my old F1 and J1 visa but I lost that passport a few years ago.

I also noticed that on the DS-260 they actually asked:

Have any of your U.S. visas ever been lost or stolen?
To which I answered No... (I had forgotten that there were US visas in my lost passport...)

My interview is already scheduled - do you have any advice on what to do now?

Thank you so much again!

I already told you it is not an issue with regards to the IV interview, it’s as simple as that. But you can tell me why you think there’s a reason the re-used J1/F1 photo should be an issue for your DV processing.

Inform them you need to change NO response to a YES when you go in for your interview.

Thank you! I thought because there is a rule that any photo for any visa application must not be older than 6 months.
Do I have to tell them proactively or can I wait first and see if the counsolar office asks about the old visas?

Any such rule would have been applicable to your current F1 visa application, and since that was already approved, the issue of re-used/old photo is moot at this point.

You wrongly answered the question on the DS260 form, which is a record. You should proactively correct the answer.
