Called up an IIO. She said my file is not yet assigned and it is indeed delayed! Another 30 days to open file. Expecting RFE on wife\'s vaccination waiver before. That adds one more month. The whole waiting stinks.

My lawyer was mad that I called myself! That was another problem...

Still waiting.....this is getting too frustrating now.

Had called IIO last month and was informed that my case has been assigned to an officer. It has been a month now, and no information. AVM plays the same tune. Is that a bad sign ?
