Hello, I was married previously and applied for an adjustment of status for which I was assigned an alien number. The marriage did not work out and the process & my case was denied. This was several years ago. I am now married again and working on filling out all of the applications and I am wondering if I should use the alien number from my previous case or if I should write N/A in the spaces that ask for alien number? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
Use the same Alien Number on AOS applications?

Use the same A#, unless you are a different person than you were the first time around.
