Use of priority date of first labor cert

I have 2 labor clearance one from RIR and one from PERM. I got I-140 cleared for PERM labor before I got labor clearance from backlog center(RIR). RIR labor priority date is one year earlier than my PERM labor. For both the labors position,class and job description are same. My question is, can I apply for I-485 with my 140(from PERM) using RIR labor priority date without applying for another I-140?

Unless that earlier LC was used to get an approved I-140 for you, you cannot claim the earlier PD.
