Use of EB1A letter for NIW

Guys need your opinion, if i can use the photocopy (original attached with eb1A, now pending as did not respond to RFE) for NIW or need to ask new leters again. i plan to submit both 140 and 485 togeter next month as it's current now.

also do i need to mention the eb1a case number in NIW

or get it from Google cache.

From what I remember: you can use a copy if you have already submitted the original to USCIS.

Why would you mention your previous application; i.e. unless they ask for it.

I filed only one application and was a Pro-Se (for self) filer. My knowledge is limited and I would suggest obtaining better advice (both on this board and outside).

Nevertheless, you may have to explain why you are submitting a copy. That's where you would likely mention it, I think.
