Hi, my wife is on H1b visa which is not stamped. Her previous visa was F1 which is expired and her i94 on the DHS portal shows expiry as D/S . But her i797 has i94 attached.
1.Can we use that while using AVR? We are planning to take a Mexico cruise.
2.Can we take a stamping dates for H1B for the month of May and then travel to Mexico in March, can we make use of AVR with stamping dates of future?
