use of AP?

If the I-140 is pending for over16months and I-485 for a yr with approved EAD and AP, then will there be any problem in using AP for the reentry at the port of entry?
Have valid H1b but not stamped on passport.
experts pl advice.

as long as you contain valid AP, I don't think you will have a problem

Also using AP doesn't invaidate H1B

But if you have officially used EAD, it invalidates H1-B
