use of AC21

Folks
My case is, I 140 pending, I485 pending > 180 days, according to the texas service center processing dates my I140 might get approved soon,

Question
My company will be bought by another company in 2 months, if my I140 is approved by then (before merger) , will i be able to use the AC21 to work in the new company(new name for the merger) and avoid applying for a new I140 through the new merged company

------ yes , you can use AC21 for I-485 approval if I-140 gets approved AND I-485 pending more than 180 days.( if possible try to get the copy of approved LC from lawyer or employer particularly the Form ETA750A that has your skills written on it )
(new name for the merger) and avoid applying for a new I140 through the new merged company

** for work you need H1 or EAD in hand
