Hello GKing,
 I did change some of the things you asked. However..
. Programming an automatic sorting mechanism if you can to sort the Tracker based on I485 ND. Now the data are too random. I think in the Table, those I485 RD are actually ND. ND is more important than RD.

cannot be done ON COMMUNITIES site.. I can write the code but I am not sure whether communities would allow me to uplaod ASP files.

Automatic sorting

TexasLucky, if automatic sort can not be done, you may download the page and sort it in a spreadsheet or your custom-made program and upload the sorted one. You do not have to do this very often, maybe once a week or once every other week. Thanks for your effort.

Also, to save space, we may want to get rid of AP and EAD

Also, to save space, we may want to get rid of AP and EAD column as these are not that critical for tracking purposes as most people do get their AP and EAD in a fairly quick manner. This should be left for the remarks column.

Also, I agree with Gking, you may want to get rid of tracking # column as it does not add any value other than the fact it tells how many entries are there in the tracker.
