USCIS work should outsource !

This is a quit week again. Comparing to last two weeks, I don't know how people working for USCIS are doing their jobs. Inspite of a hundred excuses, security check, budget problem,..., the real problem is THEY DIDN'T DO A GOOD JOB. That make me thinking of the same condition in NJ DMV regional office, more than 30 persons in an office just deal with a hundred cases a day. The inefficience should be the same. IT jobs outsourcing trend should be urgent, USCIS jobs outsourcing should be the first priority.:mad: What you guys think?:)

Instead of outsourcing, here is another option.

I am ready to help USCIS clearing backlog if they are ready.

I have EAD and I can work for USCIS without salary. I can clear 100 appilcation per day .........howz that.......

Are there any other volunteer ........

Well it is too low. Can you nego.. may be 10000 for day.

Let us implement this program ,

Take SSN as input# and check IRS tax records
if total number of yrs > 9 and NO GC
then grant Citizenship
else if the person is more than 5 or 6 yrs then

approve #REM dont see any docs.

else if the person is more 3 yrs and less than 5
then
approve if 140 approved
else
put in backlog for step 2
end if

Please implement above formula backlog will reduce in three weeks.

If you do daily 100 and if u do prog then they may think about their jobs. coz, after completing all cases then what to do ? then they are going to do layoffs...........................

OKAY that is the case we will modify the program in form interst pdi program no tax on that

if wait period for 485 is < 1 year
No interest
else if > 1 and < 1.5

for all the cost (485+ EAD +AP ) * 25 percent per month +100$
else > 1.5 and < 2

for all the cost (485+ EAD +AP ) * 50 percent per month +200$ fine
else

for all the cost (485+ EAD +AP ) * 100 percent per month +500 fine

OKAY for you

Congrats man...........If INS people wants me to work I can do free. anyway i got GC also there is no need to sponsor.
