why two dates for the I-140s

Hello

I checked the web-site. There are two dates for the same I-140s.
Do you know which dates are correct ?

First group for I-140s

I think the first group for I-140s is the same as the previous processing time. They seemed to make a mistake because the dates just were shifted by one row in the above.

This first group means there is no advance in processing for I-140.

Is there anyone who knows whether they are processing I-140 or not now ?
