USCIS Update on Adjustment of Status for Asylees

It has not been updated.

It doesn't seem that it has added the 22,000 lapsed number. The government still can appeal. We'll find out in a couple of days.

The USCIS processing dates are just an estimate

They say that application with RD of Nov 17 1999 forward will be processed between Oct 2004 and Sept 2005.
However, some people on this forum with RD of March and April 2000 posted that they already received an appointment for fingerprinting.

The 22,000 figure will probably not be appealed by the government but they probably just need some time to satisfy the internal bueraucratic requirements before they start using the available numbers ordered by court.

My RD is Feb 24, 2000 and I haven't received anything yet but I surely hope they will use those court ordered 22,000 GCs very soon.

my ND is february 29th 2000 and i did not receive any FP notice yet
my freinds did, their ND is march 1st 2000
i don t know what is going on?
it s 5-1-04 now did you receive yours yet ALEX?
 
My wife just gor an FP notice for June 22, 2004

I haven't received anything yet but my wife just received a notice for June 22, 2004. They sent it to the address that we lived at only temporarily more than 3 years ago but she applied for a work permit from there at the time. Luckily it is our friends house so they notified us.
 
I just got my FP yesterday

I received yesterday (may 17, 2004) an FP notice for June 30, 2004.

I didn't do anything. Actually, I just wrote a letter the previous night to USCIS to inquire about it, but before I mailed it I checked the new mail and there it was, my FP notice.
