USCIS Timelines - receipting time

USCIS has just Published the new receipting dates as of 3rd August 2007 and as per them, NSC has issued receipts for all the cases that they received before 1st July or 11th July 2007. This date is not really clear. They have mentioned 07/112007. So there is a mistake on the published document. You can check this on http://www.uscis.gov/files/pressrelease/ReceiptingTimes080307.pdf
