My wife (China/chinese passport holder- her i-485 RD same as me and her EB3 PD July 20 2001, and processing dates for VSC are current) has called USCIS on June 20th and she recvd a reply today that:
"The processing of your application to register Perm residence or Adjust Status (i-485) is on hold because there are currently no visas available. Please do not contact this office as we are closely monitoring the visa bulletin. Once the visa becomes available we will continue processing your case."
I have read some posts where the USCIS reply seems to have said " pending due to name check ..."
Since the letter she got today does not mention "namecheck" does that mean she cleared the namecheck process?
