I have received a rfe from uscis comcerning my stemopt extension. I have joined a consultancy and received an offer letter with in the 90 days of opt period but my start date was on 110th day because of which my total unemployment days went to 110days. Also uscis is asking for paystubs, but I haven't still found any project. My offer letter its clearly mentioned that i will be paid only if i find any project. What/how should i respond to the rfe? Please suggest
