Case Details :
My original labor approval was mailed to my attorney but lost in the mail. After 2 1/2 years of waiting, my I-140 / I-485 were denied in Jan'2005 stating that there was no approved labor for the application. I have submitted an MTR 290A within 33 days with the final determination letter obtained from the DOL. I have sought the help of the local senator and they have worked with the DOL and found that INS requested the DOL for a duplicate copy in March'2005 which was mailed to the INS in April'2005 and INS has never received it. So the senator's office have requested the DOL to send another duplicate copy to the VSC and was delivered to INS.
Last, I was told that it is with an Officer for review.
