I just saw that the processing dates have been posted today for December 14, 2007..

The Employment based I-485 processing date at the TSC has gone back to January 21, 2007 and at NSC its April 24, 2007.

Which date should I look at for comparing with January 21? Which one of the following is the date to look at:

a. I-140 filing date
b. I-140 approval date
c. I-485 filing date

Dear all,
This is off topic. I apologize in advance. How can I start a new thread on this forum.

Jarbill, go back to the thread list and find the "New Thread" button a few lines above the first topic listed.

Everybody else: I find it very hard to believe that the processing dates truly jumped for NIW, let alone the other categories. A similar 'mistake' occurred a number of months ago, when the dates looked ridiculously off but were then adjusted (i.e. corrected) a few days later to reflect reality. If these processing times are true, I'd better expect my RFE for my NIW any day now.... but I doubt it. There is not a single NIW approval for any cases filed in 2007 on Trackitt.com that I can find....

Hi jk0274!

It seems they removed the processing dates again... I think you are right, we may need to give it at least until morning before they settle on a specific date...

Yes, 6 months is a big jump in EB2-NIW cases... But who knows, maybe they are serious about it this time!

Sorry, I do not see where it says new thread? Is it under new post? When I looked under new posts, all I see is today's post.
Thanks in advance.

NSC is never serious about eliminating any backlogs. They have a long history to prove that. Trackitt doesn't show any approvals for people filing after November 2006. This is just NSC lying to Washington about how long it takes them to approve applications.

You should look at your I-485 filing date..
