USCIS or BCIS on check

I sent my 485 form to my lawyer with check in favour of "Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services" as asked by her.

But it looks that the new name of BCIS is "US Citizenship and Immigration Services" (USCIS).

Any idea or experience if check in favour of BCIS should be acceptable now.

Just a week ago I was asked by my attorney to write a check in favor of "Citizenship and immigration Services" for my EAD.

I was asked to submit a check in favour of "USCIS" by my lawyer for my 3rd EAD application

Who cares

It doesn't matter what you put there. If it is a check, they will cach it as their first step. They are amazingly effective on this one matter!
