USCIS notice the company or the company's attorney once the I-140 is approved?

Hi friendly members:
I am trying to know if my I-140 has been approved or not. Does the USCIS notice the employer or employer's attorney once the I-140 is approved? Appriciate your suggestions very much.

Both.
An approval notice is sent to the attorney and a courtesy copy of the approval is also mailed to the petitioning company's address.
Also, if you have the EAC # for the 140 application, you can always check the status online at the USCIS website.
 
I checked USCIS case status website. Still, the same message" Your application .....has been received" It doesn't say approved or not. I called my employer's attorney. They told me my I-140 has been approved for a month.
I guess USCIS don't update the website always. Is this right?

Did your EAD and Advance Parole get approved ?
