hi, My 2nd EAD was approved on Aug28th..i still havent got the card..However my lawyer got the approval notice..how long should i wait before enquring about it.. Also my wife's 2nd EAD got approved one week earlier and she got the card in 8 days..however the 1st EAD was expiring in Dec 2004 byt the New EAD is valid only till sept 2005.so forget abt 2 yrs its less than one year validity..
