USCIS Immunization consideration

I went to the civil Surgeon to get my medical. He noted that my immunizatioon expires in a few months and recommends getting them done. I have no problem doing this but my wife and I are in the process of trying to have a child.

I really do not want her to take any form of immunization if she does not have to.

My question is this. Right now our immunization is current and it should not be a problem for the civil surgeon to sign off on the medical form. However, I suspect that by the time my case is adjudicated, my immunization will be expired.

Will this be an issue at the time of adjudication or will the fact that the civil surgeon gave me a clean bill of health today will be sufficient?
