I have been trying to reach this number to change my address. But no one is responding. Automated msg. says, "due to high volume all of our representatives are busy. good bye". How do I reach them? Any experiences? Thanks.

Don't give up so easily my friend. If you are asked to call another time, wait another 5 minutes try again. I tried twice today, it went through. Basically the system automatically assess the waiting time, it will let you call back if the waiting time is over 30 minutes. So keep on trying.

Try between 11:00 to 2:00 pm Eastern, it is the best possible time. Keep trying , Once I got through in 5 attempts ( it was also for a Address change)
