In the Federal Register Jan. 21, 2011, USCIS is requesting comments on:

OMB-No. 58: Civics and Citizenship Toolkit/Teacher Training Registration

Comments are encouraged and will be accepted for sixty days until March 22, 2011.

Comments should be directed to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), USCIS, Chief, Regulatory Products Division, Office of the Executive Secretariat, Clearance Officer, 20 Massachusetts Avenue, NW., Washington, DC 20529–2020.

To all current and future N-400 applicants and already naturalized USC's,

Please alert your friends at whatever community organization(s), libraries, communiyt colleges, etc.. (and the workers there) that you have obtained help from in matters relating to preparing and applying for naturalization. There may be opportunities available to them at present and in the future that they are unaware of. The training opportunities and could probably use the free materials being offered. Also, let your voices be heard on this effort, and the subject in general.
