mom applies for I-130 for her unmarried daughter over 21 in April 2013
got approved in August 2014
she got married in June 2014
during the time of app for immigration she was single
she has not done anything since seeing the approved applicsation
what can she do to complete she visa and come to the us?
does she need to apply for new i130 for the married daughter over 21?
Please I will appreciate your advice

You need to provide more information. Is the mother a permanent resident or a citizen? If the mother is a permanent resident then the petition is invalid because a permanent resident cannot petition a married child. If the mother is a citizen then the child automatically moved from F1 to F3 category by marrying. She should notify NVC about this change.

You need to realize that in order to proceed to the next step after petition (either Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing), the petition needs to be approved AND a visa number is available for her priority date in her category. The petition being approved is not enough. The F3 category (married child of citizen), currently has a wait of about 11 years (21 years for Mexico and Philippines). So there is a very long wait before they can do anything else.
