USCIS approval notice sent for H1b but job not available

Hi All and those guardian angels...please advise...

USCIS sent approval after 2 years for H1 application sent in 2005 whilst I was on OPT with employer after my undergrad from US.
Employer has since filled the job slot since approval was as if forthcoming.
Another slot opens at the discretion of the emplyer and I dont know when....
In the meanwhile I am doing my MBA and will finish in Jan 2008
Can I transfer this approval letter to another employer.
Is this possible .
And what reasons do I give.
Or is there any other proven method of saving me ....

Time window for H1 interview after approval letter.

Hi Guys,
Is there a time window for applying for the interview for H1b.
How long can I delay the process...months ...years...how much time....
Employer had the job position open but as the H1b approval took undue delay in approval the new job for the same position may take time....
Please advise.
