I filed my asylum application on USCIS website, so I'm able to access my case information and the API information for my case online. The status of my case on USCIS website was never updated after the interview was scheduled, but I found that the API and the email notification for case updates still work well.
I have finished my interview. A couple of days ago, I got a email from USCIS, which said that they had taken an action on my case. USCIS website still showed no updates, but there was an new status showed by the API, which was "review_pended". Does anyone know what that mean?
