USC married Visa[R] Type[B1]Class[B2] visitor - next steps?

I'm not sure what the latest address to send it is.

You don't need a cover letter if you don't have any special circumstances. But if you want to include one to list the contents of package you can do that if you want.

For the I-693, don't send the immunization records. When the doctor signed off and sealed the I-693, he/she already certified to USCIS that the necessary vaccinations were given based on age and gender and medical history.

One more question: Should I attach a Copy of my dad's (joint-sponsor) Naturalization Certificate to his form 864A ??
For proof that his a US Citizen?

Also, can I pay with One check for all or separate checks are a must?

Please don't keep adding those empty messages every few hours to bump up your thread above everybody else's. Other people don't do that, and their posts still get answered even if they have to wait a day for an answer.

Thank you for your answers JACKOLANTERN, without your help I wouldn't be able to fill them out so fast.

USCIS received my forms on July 22, 2010.
Next step is BIOMETRICS, and we have to wait for APPOINTMENT NOTICE with specific time.

I guess everything is going good, and I hope for the best. I'll be updating this thread and once again
THANKS Jackolantern!

:-)
