My sister married USC, their interview for i485 and i130 was postponed twice because 1st... the notice was lost in the mail and it came 2 days before so they called to cancel it. It was re-scheduled on Dec. 16 but they canceled it again because my sister has a flu. Also, they are having marital problem and the husband is not cooperating. They might end up in divorce soon. She was already issued a work permit. What will be the possible scenario?

The AOS will be denied if the divorce occurs before the interview and she needs to either leave the country or find some legal status to fall back on.
