USC applied for WIfe 130/485. How much time for fingerprint ??

I recent USC (april 2010). I apply for my wife I130+485 in may 1st week.
Received NOA in 10 days.. But it is 1 month and no more update.
What is normal wait for fingerprnt and next step ?? thanks.
 
what number and what to request ??
On USCIS website, there is link to FOIA Status request ?? is that useful or phone call useful ??

Hello All:
I call 1-800-375-5283 for USCIS. And the operator, read me the exact lines from online status check. Like anwering machine. Funny.
Anyway, she say if no update in 60 days, then contact ?? what next ?? what stage i ask for higher level operator, and any other USCIS numbers that help ??
