USC and the family related question on I-130/I-485!

Is there any section in the I-I30/I-485 where you need to include information about the USC's offsprings from previous marriage? or current marriage?
Does BCIS has anything to do with if you are adopting a US child? Do you need to tell them about the adopted child or a birth child while the I-130/I-485 is pending?
Any help would be appreciated.

I would think you need to as you may have to mention the family size for 864 and your ability to sponsor the intended immigrant within the poverty gidelines...I am not sure though.
