US-VISIT Fingerprinting

Since the boarder control starts to take finger prints for all foreigners, if one uses AP to come back to US and is taken finger prints, will INS have this record? I mean when 485 officer is ready to issue a finger print notice, should this AP finger prints already on file and therefore not necessary for another finger prints for 485?

When you arrive in USA, you give to them just one finger.
For immigration purposes they want from you all the 10 fingers

Well VISIT system needs the 2 fingers, one from each hand
