Under the new law, US visa waver does not apply to individuals who visited one of the countries of Syria, Iran, Iraq and Sudan. If a person has dual citizenship, US citizen and citizenship of one of the aforementioned four countries, resides in US, and have already had good legitimate reason to visit one of those countries 1.5 years ago and need to visit the same country for same legitimate reason soon, what he or she should do?. Does the new law affect he or she who wants to visit that country again soon?.
