US visa issued and only have 10 days to expire

hi my mother got us visa today and expire date is 01-19-2020 i just want to know is there any way i can request to extend visa expire date ??

Why? Is the date she will enter the US after that date? A US visa's expiration date just means the last day you can use it to enter.
 
Usually not, without special circumstances, and some embassies won’t extend at all. Why not have her fly over before it expires, and then she can return to finish whatever business she needs to do? Probably least fuss although obviously not least cost method.

I am curious as to what embassy, because if it was only today with such short expiry she was presumably on AP for a few months. Embassies often give the option in cases like this to redo the medical, as visa expiry is 6 months from medical. Did they not offer this option, or did she not take the option?
