Hi,
I'm a US citizen, working overseas with Nokia (non US firm). I met my wife overseas and been married for 20 years with 4 kids (all US Citizen).
I applied for the green card for her, and she has it now for 2 years. Now I'm in the process of preparing the N-400 for her.
She's been living in US for the last 2 years (around 7 months a year to meet the physical presence test) while I'm still working overseas.
I see a note in n-400 instruction which says: ”should be married to and living with that same US citizen for the past 3 years”. My question is regarding "living with" since she lives around 7 months a year in US (to maintain the physical presence test) and around 5 months a year with me overseas.
Is our living situation OK? or is there anything that I need to be aware off? We maintain joint bank accounts in the US for the last 20 years
Kindly advise
Thank you
