How long does it take to get a passport after you apply.
Second question,how is passport delivered, is there an option of UPS or FedEx?

It takes 1-4 weeks, depending upon their workload. My family members received passports during that time period, applying at different times of the year, all by regular service.

Our passports were delivered by USPS priority mail, which should take 1-2 days after leaving passport agency. Not aware of any other delivery means. Naturalization certificate will arrive one to a few days after the passport by USPS (regular?) mail too.
