US legal immigrants are dying to return to homeland

Hi

I heard of two cases today of ladies having visa/immigration problems

The first ladies husband has recently passed away. Her husband was on an E visa and she has been given 30 days to leave the USA. Not only has she to deal with the funeral but go to probate and sell her husbands business.

The second lady is currently nursing her terminally ill husband at her home with hospice care. She is also trying to keep their business going and has no family members in the USA to assist.

There must be a change in the law for a compassionate visa. My son was denied a B visa to come to the USA to help me with probate and find a final resting place for my husbands remains

The system is broken and must have a leglaslative fix.

File an I-539 requesting B status. She can stay for six months.

Hire some help at the business.

I feel sorry for your circumstances, but compassionate reasons can assist in getting a non-immigrant visa, provided he meets the other criteria.
