US DOL website information authenticity

I have found below URL from one of the forum queries to verify the status of approved labor.

I have been told by one employer that he has approved labor ready to process me under that, but when I checked using above URl, result is zero records. I didn't find any approved labor under emplyer.

How to believe it and proceed further.

Sometimes....

The information on the website in not upto date sometimes...neverthless you can request your employer to show you a copy before proceeding. If your employer filed some cases in the past atleast those should show up, if he recently got some approval then they might not show up. Then again he could be lying, tell him all conversations on the phone were recorded before proceeding then he will blurt out the truth.
