US Credit History check for B1 visa

Hi, I lived in US in the past and had a foreclosure which might have affected my credit history badly. If I apply for B1 visa, what are my chances of getting rejected?

as long as you didnt commit a criminal infraction in usa, you should be fine

Thank you so much for your reply! Just want to clarify my position. I owe NOTHING to any Credit Card. Due to financial constraints, I had to leave US, and later on the house got foreclosed. One thing I just wanted to point out is that the loan was divided into two (which is quite normal), a big, and the remaining small one. The big one had the house as a collataral which got foreclosed. But the small one remained unclosed. Please reply...

As long as there is no arrest warrant out in your name, you should be fine. I assume you are coming to the US to settle the debt?
