US Citizenship through marriage with a prior green card

Hi Everyone!
I received my GC through my employer in July 2010. It is now November 2013, and I am marrying a US born citizen. My question is that, since I have already had my GC for 3 years. Can I apply for citizenship immediately? Or do I need to wait for 3 years from Nov 2013 to apply for citizenship?

You have to have had a GC for 3 years AND you need to have been married to a U.S. citizen for 3 years. So yes, you would need to wait until 3 years after Nov 2013, Nov 2016, for you to qualify under the 3 year rule. You would qualify under the 5 year rule sooner, in July 2015.
