US Citizenship through father

Hi,

I'm 22 years old born and living in Norway with a Norwegian passport. My father is a US citizen, born in the US. My mother is not a US citizen, and they got married after i was born. I'm wondering if there's any possibility for me getting US citizenship through my father? He does not meet the requirements regarding Physical Presence in the US, but my grandparents definitely meets the physical presence requirements. Is it possible for me to rely on my grandparents physical presence even though i'm older than 18? if so, which form should i fill out or apply for? thanks in advance.

No. The INA 322 process using grandparent's physical presence must be completed before age 18. Your father could petition for you, but that would be 6+ years wait if you're unmarried (or 12+ years if married) and he would need to re-establish domicile in the US before you immigrate.

Are you sure your father wasn't physically present in the US for a cumulative total of 5 years, including 2 after turning 14, before your birth? Did he leave the US when he was young or something?
