Hi: I am an Indian national with Permanent Residency in USA & UK. I am now elegible to file for my US Citizenship. However I would like to maintain my UK permanent residency as well. Any idea if I can transfer my UK permanent residency from Indian passport to the US passport, once I get my US passport? Please advise.
Thanks

Doubel PR is not allowed. If you tajke up PR in anotehr country, US immigration law
consider you have abandoned PR in US. So you better hide UK PR when dealing with USCIS.

Permanent residency maintenance has different conditions in different countries, so it is possible to maintain such status in two countries simultaneously without violating each country's conditions. The OP can live in the USA as a permanent resident and keep his ILR in the UK current because the latter has weaker requirements. Of course, an inexperienced IO can say that permanent residencies in two different countries are not allowed just because he/she does not know the specifics of the ILR in UK, but at the end of the day he/she would still need to go by the rule - if no US permanent residency conditions were broken than it must be active.

That is correct. UK permanent resident status (aka Indefinite Leave to Remain) requires one visit every 2 years to the UK in order to main that status.
