I came to USAwith my family through DV lottery and recently I got the citizenship with my kids.my wife spend most of the time out of usa for the past five years With re entery permit.
My question is can she get the citizenship under three years naturalization eligibility after marriage to US citizen if she stay here for next three years rather than five years.
Your opinion is highly appreciated

Yes.

But also note that if she left the US for more than a year, she only needs to have continuous residence for 4 years + 1 day after returning from that, to qualify under the 5-year rule. Depending on the details, that might be faster than 3 years after you become a citizen.
