US citizen's childrens

My friend is citizen and he have 2 childrens before marrige, can he applied for them?
rest of childrens is under 18 and all born after Marrige and they all are in india,my friend is alone and he is want to bring his wife all childrens.
 
Was he a US citizen before the children were born? If yes, how long did he have US citizenship before they were born? Did he obtain his green card via marriage?
 
So his wife who is India is not a US citizen? Did he have any of these children before marrying the US citizen wife who petitioned for his green card? If yes, is his current wife in India the mother of his pre-GC children?

If the answers to the last two questions are Yes, those are the big red flags of a fraud case. Furthermore, having obtained his own green card via marriage, he has to wait 5 years after obtaining his green card before sponsoring a spouse for a GC.

No, you cannot apply for a GC for any other person until you have had the GC for 5 years. You should prepare for an all out assult from USCIS because these pre-GC children are going to thoroughly examined, especially if you didn't list them on your GC application when your US citizen wife petitioned for you earlier. If that's the case, your current GC might be under jeopardy, because it would appear you claimed you never had children, but now by miracle, you have children with your new wife from India, and you are from India? Are you kidding me or what? Prepare for fireworks, complete with gas grill....lol!!
 
he is us citizen and he have no wife here they get divore between green card peroccesed. also his current wife do't have any thing even children do;t have any thing they live in india

yes childrens were born before he abtain GC and his current wife in india is the mother of pre-GC children.

Then it's 90% certain they will reject the green card for them. And possibly revoke his citizenship.

The classic sham marriage case is one where the individual already has a relationship or even a marriage with somebody in their original country, then they leave that person to get married in the US for the purpose of getting citizenship and then sponsoring the prior spouse/partner for a green card.
