US citizen sponsoring son over 21.

Hi,
I'm an International student and currently living in the US under F1. My mom is a US citizen and she wants to sponsor me for a green card. How long does this going to take ? If I'm currently in US will speed up the process ?

In the category for over-21 children of US citizens, now they are doing the final processing for people who filed in June 2007. That's more than a 7-year wait, and you can't remain in the US while you wait out those 7 years unless you have some other visa which keeps you in valid status until that time.

Is dere notin dat can be done to hasting d waiting for my appointment letter to be sent soon my priority date is 2012,its a long wait am 29year now,thought I was gonna come quick so I can go back to school,is dere anybody we can write too dat can help us so it might hasting up?am weak,confused,I pray for Gods miracle,his surprise up on a positive move from the NVC in Jesus name Amen. Someone plzz help me out on sometin positive dat will relieve me.
