US CITIZEN SHIP N-400 FROM expiration

I am eligible to apply US citizen ship for last two months. But the from N - 400 shows an expiration date of October 31, 2008.
As per the special instructions on the USCIS web site " Until a new edition of the N-400 is available, applicants should not be concerned that their application will be rejected due to using an expired edition of the form ."

In that above scenario, does any one knows when the new form is going be available.
Even though the instructions says it is not valid, shall we apply citizenship with the current form.
Does any one has experience on the above, please let me know.
Thanks in advance.......

Do exactly what USCIS website instructs you to do; use the current form until they come up with a revised form. USCIS usually gives adequate time before rejecting older forms.

Yes use that form even if it says expired 10/31/08, that is the only form out right now and its also the one we are using.

Unless you want to wait until they make a new one but it may take a while :-/

The instructions don't say that the current N-400 is invalid. You can use the current one until a new one becomes available.
