my question is :
can more than 1 us person (let s say 3 ,father , mather , sister ) fill a 3
seperated petitions for one person (son) and is that minimaiz the period time.
thank all

I am not sure I understand the question.

If father, mother and sister are all US citizens and want to file petition for son/brother, either father or mother should file for son since for that category the wait time less than that for sibling category.

yes, you can file multiple petitions if those people are willing to sponsor you. however, as already stated it might be best if you only have your father and mother file for you since you'll a higher priority.

if you are trying to ask if having multiple petitions is going to somehow boost you higher up the list than someone that has a single petition that is not going to happen.

thank for reply , my situation is :brother of us citizen , mather and brother are a GC holders , i am a married over 21 parents will soon aplly for us citezen
wich the best and faster way for me to follow them. thanks .

you are looking at these family-sponsored preferences based on your relationships:

- third preference for being a married son of u.s. citizen(s)
- fourth preference for being a brother of an adult u.s. citizen

as of the recently posted november 06 bulletin they are processing cases with the following priority dates:

3rd: 15 NOV 98
4th: 22 OCT 95

you are better off having your parents sponsor you as your PD will come up about 3 years sooner than being 4th preference.

I would advise you to file two I-130 -- one for each parent -- right away to establish a PD. unfortunately, and I could be wrong on this, because you are married you will not move to a higher preference once your parents become naturalized.

again, I could be wrong, but you are looking at around 8 years before your PD comes up and you are able to file an AOS which will then allow you to receive an EAD and perhaps an advance parole.
