US Citizen Filing for Son - Age 17

I checked up and know that I need to have Physical and Legal Custody but it does not explicitly states that I need to live outside United States with my son.

Physical custody means he is physically living with you.

If you are in the US and he's living outside the US, you don't have physical custody.
