Hello guys, hope all is well. I need some help with this scenario
My mom applied for AOS through her employer back in 2007 but was denied in 2008 for reasons I am not too clear on.
However she kept on working as a teacher but not with the same employer who filed for her. She has been working ever since.
I am now filling out her paperwork but on 130 (Part C No. 15), it asks for her present employer and G325 asks for 5 years prior employment.
She has been working "illegally" without a valid EAD since her denial, collecting paystubs and W2's and paying her taxes. How will this affect our application and should she disclose said employment.
