US citizen filing for H1's Adjustment of status

Hi everyone,



Does my wife (US citizen) need to submit her Birth certificate along with I-130.


or

only her US passport would be sufficient. ( she is a naturalized US citizen)

No she need to submit her birth certificate.

Kalyan,
Since she was born outside the US, she can only use her BC as a document to prove identity. To prove she is a US citizen, she needs a copy of her naturalisation certificate or her US passport.
